Program Timelines

The following outlines the required full‑time schedule and completion expectations for the MHSc program:

  • Completed in 22 months of continuous study (i.e., no summer breaks)
  • Students must complete all requirements within two consecutive years
  • The program is offered only on a full‑time basis
  • There is no thesis requirement associated with the degree

Internship in neurogenic disorders
  Unit 8 Mar - Apr Advanced coursework in clinical practice, research, and analysis of communication/swallowing disorders; completion of Capstone Portfolio
