About the Speaker:

Stephanie Shaw graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology and her Master’s Degree in Communication Disorders from Brigham Young University in Utah.  She started her PhD program with Dr. Rosemary Martino in September 2010.  Her research focuses on determining the association between radiation-induced fibrosis and chronic dysphagia in individuals who have been treated with radiotherapy for head and neck cancer.
