2025-2026 Clinical Teaching Opportunities

Beyond Placements! Other Clinical Teaching Opportunities in 2025-2026!

At the University of Toronto, we continue to provide students with as many opportunities as possible to integrate their academic and clinical learning through live and simulated clinical experiences in all courses, including in Teaching Clinics, laboratories and other SLP-led practice experiences. These activities typically involve a time commitment of two hours to one or more half-days. Acting as a facilitator in these laboratories and Teaching Clinics is a fantastic opportunity for those:

1. new to clinical education,
2. who may not be able to commit to a full or part-time placement and/or
3. those who enjoy these types of facilitation and/or teaching experiences. These activities are also considered toward adjunct appointments.

To show our appreciation, participants will receive a $30.00 gift card for every three laboratories or Teaching Clinics that they facilitate!
